Menu Plan

I am feeling like I need to plan my menu more… I am getting tired at the end of the day, and don’t seem to have anything in the pantry…

Tonight (Tuesday): Dinner with Jun and Grace- Chicken Pie. and Impossible Coconut Pie.

Wednesday: Beef Curry

Thursday: Marinated Moroccan Fish (see alternatives at bottom of recipe)

Friday: Spanakopita

Saturday: Pizza

Sunday:

Monday: Slow Cooked Balsamic Beef (Jamie Oliver Recipe)

    I’ve actually never made Spanakopita before… so I am hoping it’ll be nice!!

    I’ve gone pretty well with the menu plan so far- the fish was DELICIOUS!!
