So on New Years Eve I put together this video on some basics for your woodfire pizza oven. I hope it’s useful for you, whether you have one of not! And it might inspire some people to get one!
I’ll be doing a few more (we have pizza fairly often!), on different types of bases, sauces, toppings/base ratio, etc. If you have anything you’d like me to share, let me know!
