This week I’m popping up a few other places around the web.
I’ve started contributing to a group blog- Journey To The New Us, to track my weight loss. I may/may not post menuy plans there. Stay tuned here though for recipes and the regular updates.

He well done on springing up in some new places. I checked out the “journey to the new us”. I enjoyed reading your post and a few others. One thing I have done exericse wise is to change what I am doing every four weeks. This is spose to help the weight loss by either changing what your doing or upping your intensity. In the last month I have added resistance training to my exercise prog so I do three days cardio and two days resistance with some circuit training. All of this I do at home.
