The Everyday Creative

Even though I have been abent on the everyday creative front last week, I was still BEING creative. It’s just that I didn’t have time to post… So I’m making it up this week with two collections!

By the way, if you’re interested, the explanations of what I did each day are on my tumblr, when you click though. :-)

What creative things did you do this week?

Christmas Tutorials

Every christmas I end up with a list a mile long of all the wonderful things I want to make. Here’s a bunch of things I will definitely try to make in the next few weeks (one and two are on the agenda for this weekend)!

The Three T’s

So don’t be all jealous or anything, but less then a month after our Europe trip, I’m off again! This time I’m not with hubby, but with my Dad instead, and our trip is a little less International! We did still cross some water, land in an ‘international’ airport, and have to make a stop-over to get there though! Can you guess where I am??

Mt Wellington, Hobart

Yep, I’m in Tasmania! We’ve been in Hobart since Sunday afternoon, and leave for Launceston tomorrow morning. I’ll be home on Thursday. I’ve been filiming and taking photos of people plastering walls and ceilings… yeah, it’s not really my favourite thing either! The filiming and photography, yes. The plastering, not so much! Though I have learnt heaps. I’m excited to try some new techniques for video editing when I get home!

Taking video from a height

So dad has been showing me the Hobart sights, as he’s been here quite a few times now. He’s an excellent tour guide. :-D And a pretty awesome boss, cause, well, I’m in Tasmania! It’s definitely good to have a bit of a change from the regular office work!

And don’t worry, Luke isn’t all alone on the rainy Sunshine Coast. His brother is in the army, and so Luke’s gone to Canberra for their big celebrations. He’s now out of the academy and ready to be posted off somewhere!

Also, as a quick side note: I love my iPhone. I love being able to tether to my computer and have full internet access even when I’m on the opposite side of Australia!!
