WOW, Monday already! That came WAY too quickly! Does anyone else feel like this whole YEAR is blazing by, quick as anything?! It’s nearly mid April for goodness sake!

Our theme this week over at Hello Owl’s My Place and Yours is “Where do you blog”. My answer is- on the couch! Yep, kinda not very ergonomic, organised, inspiring or comfortable- BUT it’s where it gets done! In fact, this is where most things on the computer get done!

I like having my special girl next to me when I’m blogging or browsing the inter-webs. She is so cute when curled into a tight little ball!

Some of these girls on My Place and Yours this week put me to shame BIG TIME! They are so organised!! How on earth people STAY organised is beyond me. I am quickly scrambled as soon as I do something…

Also, my big news to tell you is that I’ve reached over 100 fans on facebook, so I’m doing a special double giveaway!! Yay!! I THINK I’ve decided that I’ll giveaway 2 bags (details to come), which I will make, BUT I think I’d like to make it before I start the giveaway… so stay tuned for that one in the next week or so. My Place & Yours…

So I’m now a Uni girl, which means I’m spending countless hours in front of the computer (read: ALL Day at work, plus ALL night at home minus the time it takes to cook/eat dinner). Oh course, it is tempting, when the eyes are getting bleary, to click that magic little Photo Booth button at the bottom of the page and play for a while. This inevitably means I need to touch up the photos a bit in iPhoto, and then join a few together in photoshop…. Bad, I know. :-S

Craft Group Update

Did you know I go to a craft group on Tuesday mornings? It’s at my Nanna’s house, and the group consists of Nanna, my mum, Aunty Kris, Lekky, Felicia (my dad’s cousin’s wife), and me. Sometimes my cousin Julia comes along, but she’s just gone overseas now.

Anway, those who follow my twitter updates will know we’ve been working on a Christmas wall hanging. It’s coming along pretty well, and this week I attached the two halves, and started putting on my borders.

You can see a light brown border, which isn’t very big in this picture, cause I’ve been pinning on the red border. After that is a light green border. Then the binding. A lot of borders, hey?!

Anyway. Once my borders are on I need to put in the wadding, then put on some embellishments (And think of something to put in that green one at the bottom…)
