Unfinished Projects
Does anyone else feel like they have a hundred unfinished projects lying around the house? Anyone? Am I the only one!?
My problem is that our HOUSE is an unfinished project. This is quite annoying. Our bathroom needs to be painted and tiled properly, and every Summer I wish we had more windows, so I will need to bribe my Dad into cutting into the house and making some. This will not be an easy task… (neither the making of the windows, or the convincing my dad)…
FINISHING tasks is so tiresome… the start, the creation, the beginning is the EXCITING fun part! So I need some motivation peoples… Oh, and some more time! Yeah, time would be handy… It kinda reminds me of all the unfinished blog drafts sitting in my Dashboard!
Some things I’d like to finish before Christmas:
1. Making the Christmas pressents for everyone <- very important!
2. Finish making Christmas quilt <- also quite important!
3. Finsih bathroom
4. Finish woodfire pizza oven
5. Clean study
6. Edit photos for Pete and Rhys, and edit Video from Hayden‘s 18th.
I’m pretty sure I can get all of these done by Christmas… What does other people’s To Do lists look like?!

Stiches & Craft Show, Brisbane 2009
Yep, that’s where I’ve been! The Stitches & Craft show! I went the other weekend with Mum & Felicia. I am just buzzing with creative ideas and inspiration, not to mention a whole swag of new blogs to check out!
Want to see what I bought?! Here you go!
A mini scrapbook which I am going to use to make a present for someone special… can’t give it away as they will probably read this post (Clue: It’s not Luke).
A book of VERY cute patterns for some stitchery!
A VERY HNGRY CATERPILLAR material panel!
I’m SO looking forward to using these! I need to buy the matching material for the very hungry caterpillar material (it’s off the food that he eats up). I think it is ADORABLE, and I’m going to make a wall hanging out of it. It would probably look a little funny in our house, so I will put it away for out yet-to-be-conceived first child. Who knows, I might not actually get it done until he/she’s born in a few years anyhow!
A big thankyou to all the great stall holders for their inspirational stalls! I’ve got a bit link crazy and linked below to all the people who’s business cards I took. Have a look and let them know how adorable their things are!
